This farm-girl-turned-centerfold spent her school years competing in beauty pageants, and upon graduation, went on to compete in Playboy TV‘s reality show, Playboy Shootout. Although Olivia was the runner-up to Miss July 2010, Shanna Marie McLaughlin, she was offered the spot of Miss September (thanks, Heff).
At only 19, Olivia is already getting a ton of exposure with Playboy. The all-natural beauty says she wants to be a positive role model to girls.
